LTSA Student Advocacy Service

LTSA is proud to operate the Student Advocacy Service, for La Trobe University students.

We provide advocacy services to all of La Trobe’s students, both online and across the La Trobe campus network. This service is funded by Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) and is independent of La Trobe University decision-making.

Student Advocates will support you by:

  • Listening to what you have to say

  • Providing information to help you understand options

  • Empowering you to have a voice

  • Implementing action to address your needs

  • Resolving issues through communication and action

  • Student Advocates can make referrals, talk to people on your behalf, and be there with you at meetings and hearings.

Our Student Advocates are guided by the La Trobe Advocacy – Services and Independence Charter.  The Student Advocacy service is free and confidential and available to all La Trobe students, no matter where you are located.
