Refunds and Returns Policy

 

Overview

This policy applies to physical items sold by LTSA, including LTSA Merchandise.

This policy does not relate to non-refundable, non-transferable, event tickets.

As a consumer your statutory rights are upheld when purchasing through LTSA. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the physical item you have purchased has a major failure you may seek a refund or exchange.

 

Returns

LTSA will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund where:

  • The product is faulty, or

  • The product does not match the sample or description on the website; and

  • You can present proof of purchase.

LTSA may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.

LTSA reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or mistreatment.

 

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

 

Proof of Purchase

Please note that all returns, refunds or exchanges must be accompanied by Proof of Purchase.

 

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued via transfer to your nominated account.  Refunds are prioritised where possible, however, may take up to 7 working days.
